All students are able to receive a free lunch, snack and breakfast in our school cafeteria. Though an application is not required to qualify for these meals, an Alternate Income Form (AIF) is still an important form because it allows families to qualify for class and student resources such as band instrument usage, reduced or waived assessment fees and after-school enrichment options. You may have completed the AIF when you registered your student. If not, this link will take you to the AIF form. Submit completed meal applications to Gina Mattson via e-mail at gmattson@cusd.claremont.edu or in the school office. When e-mailing a completed application, please list your student's first and last name and “Meal Application” in the subject line.
